Architect Mahuldas
Principal ArchitectArchitect Mahuldas is a graduate of TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, having completed his Bachelor of Architecture in 2017, followed by a Master's degree in Urban Planning (2022–2024). With an academic foundation rooted in both architectural design and urban-scale thinking, his practice explores the intersection of built form, context, and human experience. Our work is guided by a belief that architecture must respond sensitively to nature, climate, and human emotion. Through careful detailing, thoughtful material selection, and an honest expression of form, we aim to create spaces that feel intuitive, timeless, and rooted to their place.
A defining characteristic of the practice is the seamless blending of emotion and function. Each project is conceived not merely as a physical structure, but as an experience—where light, ventilation, scale, and movement are orchestrated to support everyday life. Nature-friendly exteriors and interiors, passive design strategies, and context-driven spatial planning form the backbone of every design decision.
The underlying philosophy of the studio is to create architecture that users can emotionally connect with—spaces that evolve with time, age gracefully, and remain relevant to their social and environmental context. By balancing pragmatic functionality with sensory richness, the practice seeks to craft meaningful environments that resonate deeply with the people who inhabit them.
Nithin Suresh
Senior Interior DesignerNithin Suresh is a passionate and experienced interior designer with over 9 years of expertise in creating functional, aesthetic, and client-focused spaces. He completed his PG Diploma in Interior Designing from Cindrebay School of Design in 2018, building a strong foundation in design principles, space planning, and modern interior concepts.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality, Nithin specializes in delivering personalized design solutions that blend creativity with practicality. His experience spans residential and commercial projects, where he focuses on transforming spaces into elegant, comfortable, and visually appealing environments.
